If you are planning on staying past 11:59pm, additional hourly rate applies:
$250/hr for additional hours with 9 days notice.
$500/hr without 9 days notice.
Food can be brought from outside.
Outside caterers MUST provide Certificate of Insurance and a copy of their Health Permit at least 9 days prior to your event.
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own drinks, but a $300 bar space rental is required.
